Curriculum: Theoretical Physics
The student will learn how to use and to develop formal reasonings, mathematial models and physical theories, necessary to codify and to interpret the various phenomena which are presents in all branches of physics.
He/She will be able to translate theoretical models in algorithms, codes and numerical simulations, so to guarantee the necessary comparison between theoretical predictions and experimental observations. He/She will be able to contribute in the development of new activities in experimental physics, either suggesting new measurements aimed at probing new physical phenomena or collaborating in the interpretations of the gathered experimental data.
The acquired skills for abstraction and model building, associated to the knowledge in the realm of computation, will allow our students also to find interesting job opportunities in the financial market, in consulting companies, in the fields of computer science, information and communication technology and so on and so forth.
