Thanks to the acquired knowledge, our student will be able to participate actively in all working and research groups, both in the private and in the public sector, which develop new diagnostic or therapeutic technologies based either on the interaction between radiation and matter or in the use of multifunctional, innovative materials.

He/She will be able to tackle problems connected with the measure and the dosimetry of radiation, the data simulation, the advanced imaging data analysis (also artificial intelligence) and the fundamental physical mechanisms in biomedical physics. The acquired knowledge in different fields of expertise will allow also to face problems of radiation protection.

He/She will be able to work in all health facilities where ionizing and non-ionizing radiations are already used for tomographies, providing a qualified contribution and, at the same time, honing his/her own professional skills.

From the academic year 2022/2023 all courses of this curriculum will be given in English. For more information on the course and how to apply click here.
